Dive into the creative and sometimes unpredictable world of botanical dyes, harvested from plants found in your own backyard. Participants will get to dye their own flour sack towel, or bring your own natural fiber item to dye! As all dye stuffs must be harvested ahead of time, participation is limited to 12. This class is recommended for adults and teens.

From yarn spinning and blacksmithing to homesteading and navigation, each class offers a unique opportunity to explore how things were done in the past. Through engaging, interactive lessons, children will gain a deeper appreciation for history and the craftsmanship of earlier times, all while creating their own projects and discovering the rich heritage of our community.
